The project limits are located within the City of Houston in the Scarsdale Subdivision, and within the rights-of-way of the project streets, as stated below. The primary work will consist of storm sewer and pavement replacement on Astoria Blvd. from Flushing Meadow to Binghamton Drive. All improvements along Astoria will be tied into the side streets as listed below. A brief description is provided below of the limits of the affected streets and types of utility infrastructure being replaced.

Work within the Contract is for construction of storm sewer, storm sewer leads, manholes, inlets, roadway pavement, curbs, sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, waterlines, and appurtenances throughout the project limits. The Contract Work includes, but is not limited to: removal and replacement of the existing concrete pavement, base material, concrete curb, wheelchair ramps, sidewalks and driveways; the removal, replacement, adjustment or abandonment of storm sewer lines, leads, inlets and manholes; the removal, replacement, adjustment or abandonment of water lines, valves, meters, and fire hydrants; the removal and replacement of sod, pavement markings, and permanent signs; the removal and replacement of street lights; the removal and relocation of mailboxes; the placement and removal of traffic control, tree protection and storm water management devices.
