The project area is within drainage area W1003 of the Comprehensive Drainage Plan. The project area is generally bounded by Chatterton to the north, Timberline to the south, Brittmoore to the east, and Sherwood Forest to the west.

The drainage improvements consist of new storm sewer along Wycliffe, Upland, Mayfield, and at locations to be determined in the adjacent subdivision. Street reconstruction will occur when the new storm sewers are installed.
