The project consists of the construction of approx. 2,778-linear ft. of 11-foot by 6-foot, 10-foot by 6-foot, and 9-foot by 5-foot reinforced concrete box storm sewer, 5,958-linear ft of 60-in. thru 18-in. diameter reinforced concrete storm pipe, roadway reconstruction with curb and gutter, sidewalks, and 12-in. and 8-in. water line replacement.
The project proposes two (2) new storm outfall pipes. The “West System” will consist of a 10-foot by 6-foot, 9-foot by 6-foot, and 9-foot by 5-foot reinforced concrete box storm sewer discharging into White Oak Bayou and proceeding north along Regan St. to Ridge St., then east along Ridge to Northwood St., then north along Northwood to Woodland Ave. The “East System” will consist of a 6-foot by 5-foot reinforced concrete box storm sewer from White Oak Bayou north along White Oak Blvd. from Houston to North St, then along North to Beauchamp St. From Beauchamp to Euclid St. and west on Euclid to Helen Ave. there will be 36-in. to 60-in. diameter reinforced concrete storm pipe. The storm sewer improvements will also include associated inlets, inlet leads, and laterals.
