The project area is generally bound by Crane St. on the north, Liberty Rd. on the south, Altoona/Hirsch Rd. on the west, and Kashmere St. on the east.

This project consists of approximately 6,119 linear feet of 60-in., 54-in., 42-in., 36-in., 30-in., and 24-in. storm sewers, concrete curb and gutter roadway reconstruction, sidewalks, waterline and wastewater replacement. This project was partially funded by CDBG.
