The project area is generally bound by Gramercy St. on the north, Glen Arbor Dr. on the south, Edloe St. on the east and Stella Link Rd. on the west.

This project consists of the construction of approximately 3,621 linear feet of 8-foot by 6-foot, 7-foot by 4-foot, and 6-foot by 4-foot reinforced concrete box sewers, 13,270 linear feet of 48-in., 42-in., 36-in., 30-in., and 24-in. storm sewers, roadway reconstruction with curb and gutter, sidewalks and waterline replacement.
The project consists of the installation of a new storm sewer trunk line from Brays Bayou north to Gramercy. The storm sewer improvements will also include associated inlets, inlet leads, and laterals along all streets within the project area. The existing waterlines throughout the project area will be upgraded and replaced. The pavement and sidewalk throughout the project will also be replaced in conjunction with a Neighborhood Street Reconstruction Project.
